Are these stock markets? What does it tell us when they are down or when they are up. Right now it says that they are all up between 1.01%-1.26%. What does this mean? Is that bad? I know it’s a good thing that they are up, but should they be higher to be considered “good?” What makes these stocks rise and fall?
